12 fresh oysters, any extra small variety
⅛ c Nodding onion flower
⅛ c red wine vinegar
⅛ tsp garlic, minced
½ tsp ginger, minced
1 Tbsp honey
Place vinegar and honey in a small pot and warm on low heat until honey is dissolved. Remove from heat and refrigerate until cool.
Take mixture from fridge and add garlic, ginger and Nodding onion flowers, stirring until fully incorporated. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Place about 1 tsp of sauce on top of each oyster and serve!
