Preheat oven to 350. Grease mini loaf pans (or 9×13 pan). Sift together 3 1/2 cups flour, 4 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp salt & 1 1/3 cups brown sugar in a large bowl. In a smaller bowl, add 1/3 cup butter, 3 mashed bananas & 4 eggs. Beat until blended. Add dry mix to wet mix and blend until just blended (do not overwork). Add 1 cup chocolate chips and blend. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 25 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
These can also be done replacing all purpose flour with Bob’s Redmill Gluten Free Flour & xantham gum (usually ¼ – ½ tsp dependent on package directions) to make them gluten free. Enjoy!
