Holiday Stuffing from 10 Acres Bistro + Bar + Farm

Cut 1 loaf of white bread that you like into 1” pieces. Finely dice 1 carrot, 1 onion & 3 celery stalks. Crush 2 cloves garlic. Sauté the vegetables & 50 gm/ ½ c cranberries in 50 gm/ ¼ c butter. Add 50 gm/ 1 ¼ c fresh chopped thyme, 50 gm/ 3 c chopped fresh sage, cut bread, and ¼ ltr/1 cup chicken stock. Place in a baking tray. Cover with parchment paper & tin foil. Bake at 300 F for 20 min. Let rest 15 min. Ready to serve!
