Tso Sauce: In a small pot sauté 1 Tbsp fresh minced ginger, 1 Tbsp fresh minced garlic with 2 Tbsp oil until soft. Turn heat down and add ¼ cup Sriracha sauce, 2 1/2 Tbsp sesame oil, 90 ml soy sauce (or tamari), 50 ml vinegar, 50 ml tomato paste, 2 Tbsp rice flour, 1 Tbsp brown sugar and 115 ml hot water. Whisk all together and turn heat up to medium and heat until thickened. Toss desired amount of sauce (great warm or cold) with cooked chicken pieces. While sauce is simmering make your self a yummy salad loaded with fresh greens and as many veggies as you can! Enjoy!
